[Simnibs-discuss] Install using Conda not working

Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for reporting this, I'll have a look.
For now you can pip install by directly passing the path to the correct
.whl file. For example:
pip install
https://github.com/simnibs/simnibs/releases/download/v4.0.0/simnibs-4.0.0-cp39-cp39-linux_x86_64.whl
