[Simnibs-discuss] Install using Conda not working

Hi Elizabeth
I am not exactly sure why the link doesn't work, however, you can pass
the full address to the wheel, e.g.,
pip install
https://github.com/simnibs/simnibs/releases/download/v4.0.0/simnibs-4.0.0-cp39-cp39-macosx_10_11_x86_64.whl
(here for OSX). Note that this doesn't use the -f flag.
