Well in this case I think it is really because the graphics card is
very old (the Nvidia G70 architecture only supports OpenGL 2.1 and was
released in 2006) I think you would have more luck with a card that
supports at least OpenGL 3.3 here already anything from Nvidia G80
should be sufficient, would you have access to such a card?
In general any computer after ~2009 with discrete or integrated
graphics card should have sufficient OpenGL support to at least run
(but rendering might not be very fast).
