Hi Dan,


thanks for sharing the log file. It seems that downloading the 
additional coil files did not work due to an internet problem (some 
firewall blocking the connection or similar).


Please install without selecting the download of the coil files. This 
should work.

Afterwards, download them manually from 
https://github.com/simnibs/simnibs-coils

(use Code --> Download ZIP). After unzipping, move them into the 
"ccd-files" subfolder of the simnibs installaltion.
