I use SimNibs for my PhD thesis. The mesh resolution is great but I need some various mesh resolution. I used <a href="https://simnibs.github.io/simnibs/build/html/documentation/command_line/headreco.html#headreco-docs" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration:none;border-bottom-width:1px;border-bottom-style:dotted;font-family:georgia,serif;font-size:17px;font-weight:bold;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);border-bottom-color:rgb(0,75,107);color:rgb(0,75,107)"><span class="std std-ref" style="font-family:georgia,serif">headreco</span></a> to create mesh.<br><br>I used </pre><pre style="font-family:consolas,menlo,"dejavu sans mono","bitstream vera sans mono",monospace;font-size:0.9em;padding:7px 30px;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;line-height:1.3em;background-color:rgb(238,238,238);color:rgb(62,67,73)">headreco all ernie org/ernie_T1.nii.gz org/ernie_T2.nii.gz</pre><pre style="white-space:pre-wrap;font-family:monospace"> to create mesh. I know the mesh resolution can be changed with <span class="zimbra2" style="font-family:ykpbrlhrwdrpdvhvwktimesltstd-bold;font-size:10pt;font-weight:bold;color:rgb(36,32,33)">-v < density >,</span> but I don't know where it must be added in above command.<br><br>I would be very grateful for any help. <br><br></pre><pre style="white-space:pre-wrap;font-family:monospace">Best regards, <br><br>Nasireh</pre>
