Hi Silvana,

You can add your own electrode caps as .csv files inside 

<simnibs_installation_path>/resources/ElectrodeCaps_MNI

Please look at the .csv files already there to see how you should store
the information for your new cap.

All the cap layouts get automatically warped to subject space when you
run the headmeshing, and they end up in:

<m2m_subid>/eeg_positions/

to use the cap in the simulations you just need to point to the correct
cap file in the simulation script by setting the eeg_cap field. See
