Hi Ray,

You can try to do one run with and one run without the FLAIR and
compare the results. It might be useful depending on the resolution,
field-of-view and quality of the FLAIR scan.

We have not done comparisons using FLAIR as an additional contrast, so
I'm not sure if it's useful or not.
