In the attachment the file, there is indeed no clear error other than that there are no position when running the run_simnibs(s) command

If there's no clear error message during the reading of the file, it's a bit tricky to figure out what's going on.

Can you share the .xml file? You can send it to:

support at simnibs.org

if you do not want to share it to the discuss email list.
