[Simnibs-discuss] how to use freesurfer analysis that we already performed (outside mri2mesh)

Hello,

I have some freesurfer that I already run separately, and edited carefully.

Now I would like to use them in SimNIBS, but I am having a hard time figuring out how to have mri2mesh accept a fs directory that was not run from mri2mesh. Any tip, instructions?
