Hi Ben,

The files you created (at least the .stl) are surfaces. To use these in 
SimNIBS simulations you need volume meshes, i.e., tetrahedral meshes. 
I'm not familiar with .obj files, but you'd need to create volume meshes 
from the surfaces to import them into SimNIBS. To get started you can 
look at the .geo file that headreco generates. The name should be 
something like <subid>.geo. You can use that how to set up the .stl 
files to create a volume using gmsh. However, the surfaces need to be 
nested for that to work.
