[Simnibs-discuss] Expanded details on coil-to-cortex distance measurement

Hi all,

Could you please provide an expanded explanation of how the coil-to-cortex distance provided in the output log file is measured? I'm guessing that this is done using a custom matlab function or another existing function?

In either case it would be very helpful to have a rough outline of the function used and how this distance is measured! Thank you in advance!
