There should be two files in the same folder as "ernie_TDCS_1_scalar.msh" ernie_TDCS_1_el_currents.geo ernie_TDCS_1_scalar.msh.opt Could you please confirm that both are there? In Gmsh, you could also try: 1. Open "ernie_TDCS_1_scalar.msh" 2. By positioning the return electrode at the bottom of the neck, you should get a reasonable approximation of the of the electric field caused by the return electrode in the arm.
